DESCRIPTION:Rest in an oasis of restorative bliss. \nAbout the Experience\nStep away from the demands of everyday life and enter a space of sound\, stillness\, and deep relaxation. \nJoin Tonia Pinheiro\, Shamanic Sound & Energy Healer\, for an immersive sound bath designed to invite reflection\, inner connection\, and restorative rest. \nThrough the resonant vibrations of drums\, rattles\, gongs\, crystal singing bowls\, voice\, and nature-inspired sounds\, Tonia creates a layered soundscape that encourages participants to slow down\, release tension\, and turn their attention inward. \nWhat to Expect\nThroughout the experience\, waves of sound and moments of silence create opportunities to explore the connection between body\, mind\, and spirit. \nDrawing from shamanic sound and energy-healing traditions\, Tonia’s practice incorporates the intention of restoring energetic balance\, including the chakras and what she describes as the five-body system. \nThere is nothing to achieve or perform.
